Hi there! I love sharing my personal experiences and how I’ve been working toward creating a balanced, healthy lifestyle for myself. I’ve been through both healthy and not-so-healthy relationships, and those experiences have taught me so much about finding better ways to take care of my well-being. Mental health, self-care, and self-reflection have all played a huge role in my journey, and I really believe that everyone should take the time to explore these areas.

I’ve also realized that so much of our habits and how we communicate come from our childhood experiences, and understanding that has been a game-changer for me. I’m here to offer support, share what’s helped me, and talk about how I’ve managed to cope with and overcome different challenges. Along the way, I’ll recommend books and resources that have truly made an impact on my life, hoping they might inspire you too.
